FOUND: Woman missing out of St. Paul found safe

ST. PAUL, Minn. (FOX 9) - The St. Paul Police Department says the 47-year-old woman, missing since October 23 has been found safe. 

The SPPD would like to thank everyone for their help in locating the woman.
