FOUND: Missing 15-year-old St. Paul boy with autism

(KMSP) - UPDATE: Metro Transit police located 15-year-old Tou Kong Her near the Mall of America. He is safe and will be reunited with his family today.

Tou Kong Her was missing since Saturday morning. He has autism and has used the transit system several times to travel to the University of Minnesota campus and the Mall of America.
