Eagles (among other birds) crowded Staring Lake in Eden Prairie, Minn. near Flying Cloud Airport on Wednesday afternoon. Plenty of residents showed up to snap photos after 4 p.m. -- there were reportedly dozens of them gathered on the partially frozen lake at one point. TAP TO VIEW PHOTOS
