A baby, two children and an adult are safe after a tubing accident Monday on the Rum River in Isanti County, Minnesota.

Shortly after 4 p.m., the sheriff's office received a report that a group was stranded in the river, holding onto a tree about 1/2 mile south of Martins Landing, which is just south of Isanti. According to the sheriff's office, the tubes they were on popped. The adult was holding onto a tree and the kids needed to be rescued.

Several agencies responded, including some Good Samaritans. The Isanti Fire Department and the sheriff's office launched their boats and were able to rescue the group from the river. There were no injuries.

The sheriff's office wrote that when the group was asked if they'd try tubing again, "there were a lot of 'No's."

The children were wearing life-jackets.
