Child falls 30 feet off ski lift in Nisswa, Minn. area
FAIRVIEW TOWNSHIP, Minn. (FOX 9) - An 8-year-old boy was airlifted to a Twin Cities hospital after falling at least 30 feet from a ski lift in central Minnesota.

What we know: The Cass County Sheriff's Office says its deputies responded around 6:30 p.m. on Monday to the incident at Mount Ski Gull in Fairview Township.
Deputies say they learned an 8-year-old boy had fallen from a ski lift chair, dropping between 30 and 40 feet.
The boy was treated at the scene and transported by helicopter to a Twin Cities hospital.
