Beyonce concert delayed by weather

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - Beyonce fans are getting into formation after a weather delayed forced crowds to wait out a storm on the concourse of TCF Bank Stadium.

At about 8:15 p.m., stadium officials moved fans to the concourse as a safety precaution for the lightning.

At about 9 p.m., stadium officials started allowing fans back to their seats.

The concert was supposed to start at 8:30 p.m.
