23-year-old man dies in snowmobile crash
SWATARA, Minn. (KMSP) - A 23-year-old man died in a snowmobile crash in rural Swatara, Minn. Thursday morning.
The Cass County Sheriff's Office first received a report of a snowmobile crash around 6:05 a.m. The injured man was brought to a nearby home, where he was pronounced dead.
The victim was identified as Joseph Gindele of Swatara, Minn.
Authorities learned Gindele lost control and fell off of a Ski-Doo 600 Renegade in a field on private property.
The Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office will complete the autopsy.
The crash is still under investigation.
