2 men found dead with gunshot wounds in Menagha, Minn.

Authorities are investigating after two people were found dead in an apartment in Menahga, Minnesota, early Monday morning. 

Police responded to a 911 call at a house on Oak Avenue Northeast shortly after midnight, where they found two men dead of apparent gunshot wounds. The men have been identified as Michael Callahan, 67, and Carl Albin, 82. 

The Midwest Medical Examiner's Office will perform an autopsy on both victims. 

The Menahga Police Department, Wadena County sheriff’s office and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension are investigating the deaths. Authorities do not believe there is any risk to the public.
