'Northern Spark' all-night festival taking place across Mpls., St. Paul

(KMSP) - Northern Spark, the all-night festival, returns to the Twin Cities Saturday.

This year, the festival is taking place at seven sites along the LRT Green Line from Lowertown in St. Paul to Commons Park in downtown Minneapolis.

The theme this year is climate change.
