The Minnesota DNR stocked the fish pond at the Minnesota State Fair on Tuesday morning. The DNR's live fish exhibit is one of the most popular attractions at the State Fair. It began in 1905 using aquariums purchased from the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis. This year's exhibit will feature three dozen species of native fish found in Minnesota, including redhorse, buffalo, gar and bowfin.
