Lynx trade injured Monica Wright to Seattle for Renee Montgomery

In a trade announced Monday, the Minnesota Lynx have acquired guard Renee Montgomery from Seattle in a deal for injured guard Monica Wright -- The Lynx also receive the Storm's second-round draft pick in 2016.

During her one season in Minnesota, she averaged 9.0 points, 2.1 assists and 1.9 rebounds.

Wright has career averages of 7.9 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.7 assists. The 5-10 guard recently had arthroscopic surgery on her right knee.
