The 7-day forecast for Minneapolis currently shows a high temperature of just 1 degree for Sunday’s Wild Card playoff matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and Minnesota Vikings. Despite the noon kickoff, there is a chance for subzero wind chills at TCF Bank Stadium.
