BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (KMSP) - Former Minnesota Vikings head coach Bud Grant is gearing up for the final year of his infamous garage sale.
The 89-year-old Hall of Fame coach is holding a garage sale at his Bloomington, Minnesota home for the fourth year in a row. But, he recently told the Pioneer Press this will likely be his last sale because “I’m running out of stuff.”
Grant has been giving fans sneak peeks of the sale on his Twitter account. Up for grabs this year are Vikings hats, playbooks and other memorabilia, including 50 exclusive Bud Grant bobbleheads, priced at $150 apiece. The bobbleheads were commissioned especially for the sale and feature Grant’s beloved hunting dog, Boom, who was put down last year.
This will be Grant's 13th garage sale.
The garage sale starts Wednesday at 5 p.m. at his home on 8134 Oakmere Road.
