UPDATE: Police ID woman killed in shooting on W Broadway

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - A woman was killed in a shooting Friday afternoon in north Minneapolis, according to Minneapolis police.

26-year-old Iesha Wiley was shot outside a shopping center on the intersection of West Broadway and Lyndale Ave N.

Police say around 3:15 p.m. a man and woman were started arguing in one of the businesses at the center and continued as they went into the parking lot.

The man then shot her in the parking lot.

Emergency crews took the woman to North Memorial Hospital where she later died.

The suspect is not in custody, but police are looking at vehicle information to track down the suspect.
