U.S. Rep. Betty McCollum re-elected to U.S. House District 4

DFL U.S. Rep. Betty McCollum has won re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives, defeating Republican challenger Greg Ryan. 

This seat has been held by Democrats for 69 straight years.

Member of the U.S. House of Representatives representing Minnesota's 4th Congressional District. McCollum was first elected to the House in 2000. This is a safe seat for Democrats and McCollum. McCollum has won every one of her races, since being elected, by 20+ points.

This is a rematch of 2016 where Ryan lost the general race to McCollum by a wide 23-point margin. Born and raised in St. Paul, his grandfather founded Ryan Plumbing & Heating six decades ago. Greg and his brothers have owned and operated the business for over 30 years.
