Snow Totals: MN metro sees snowiest month since 1991 Halloween blizzard
(FOX 9) - The Minnesota metro has now seen the sixth snowiest month ever, and the snowiest since the 1991 Halloween blizzard.
With 35.7 inches recorded, February 2019 falls just behind March 1985, which saw 36.8 inches. This month is the snowiest since November 1991, which saw 46.9 inches.
