Pantone Color Institute, Prince Estate create Prince-inspired paint color
(KMSP) - Pantone Color Institute and the Prince Estate have created a custom color to honor the life and work of Prince, they announced Monday.
The new color is inspired by Prince's custom-made Yamaha piano and is titled "Love Symbol #2."
Purple is the color most associated with Prince and his legacy, including his hit song "Purple Rain."
