Overturned semi closes Hwy. 169 and I-494 on-ramp

(FOX 9) - A crash involving a semi closed an I-494 on-ramp Wednesday, according to the State Patrol.
The Minnesota State Patrol said the ramp from northbound 169 to eastbound 494 was closed after a semi tipped on its side.
The ramp reopened just before 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to the State Patrol.
