MISSING: St. Cloud teen last seen on east side of city

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KMSP) - Police in St. Cloud, Minnesota, are looking for a missing teen who was last seen on the east side of the city.

The teen is described as a white male, 5'6'', 140 pounds with brown hair. He was last seen wearing khaki pants, a red polo and a black hoodie.
