MISSING: 26-year-old man last seen in Winona

WINONA, Minn. (KMSP) - The Winona Police Department is asking the public's help to find a 26-year-old Arcadia, Wisconsin man.

Timothy Semling was last seen at his mother's house in Winona, Minnesota on Wednesday morning.

On Thursday morning, a man matching his description was seen in Buffalo County, Wisconsin on Cole Bluff Road, but police were unable to find him.

Authorities are concerned because he has had health issues.

Semling is 6' tall, 170 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
