Man charged in death of Sauk Rapids, Minn. woman

The Benton County Attorney has charged a 37-year-old Sauk Rapids, Minnesota man with murder in connection to the death of a woman he was living with.

The charges say Crystal Marie Bundy, 30, was found dead under "suspicious circumstances" around 3:00 a.m. Saturday morning in her home on the 1200 block of 1st Avenue.

When police arrived, the found Bundy unconscious and not breathing. It appears she passed away prior to police arrival. She had multiple bruises that appeared to be new: two black eyes, and dried blood around her nose.

Williams was charged with second and third degree murder.

He made his first court appearance Monday, where his bail was set at $500,000.
