As drivers across the state struggle with whiteout conditions and spinouts, Eden Prairie police decided to have some fun with it.

The department posted that they built a "squad plow" to help police reach stranded motorists during rough winter weather, such as the blizzard conditions currently plaguing much of the state.

"It snows. We ask you not to drive. You drive. We develop a squadplow to come rescue you," the police tweeted.

Several Minnesota counties advised drivers not to travel due to whiteout conditions, as the Blizzard Warning remains in effect until Sunday evening.
