Driver crashes into Minnetonka physical therapy facility

MINNETONKA, Minn. (FOX 9) - A physical therapy facility in Minnetonka is closed indefinitely after a car crashed through the building’s wall Thursday afternoon.

A Minnetonka Police spokesperson said the car was traveling on Hwy. 101 just south of Hwy. 7 in Minnetonka when the driver lost control and crashed into OSR Physical Therapy.

The driver was injured in the crash and taken to HCMC. Their condition is unknown.

There were people inside the facility at the time of the crash, but no employees or patients were injured, according to a tweet from OSR.

“Prayers to the driver that he will be ok!” read the tweet. “Our Minnetonka location will be closed until further notice. Please call any of our other offices or DM for more details.”

Photos posted by OSR showed considerable damage to an outward facing brick wall and more damage inside the facility.
