Crystal police find missing man who has special needs

CRYSTAL, Minn. (FOX 9) - Update: Pharon has been found safe.
Crystal police are asking the public's help to find a missing person who has special needs and is non-verbal.
Pharon was last seen near Bottineau Boulevard and 51st Avenue N in Crystal.
Officials say he wearing a black and white striped jacket, black pants, Nike shoes and a black/red sweatshirt.
