Case Keenum to start at QB against Rams

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (KMSP) - Minnesota Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer announced Case Keenum will start Sunday against the Los Angles Rams. 

The start comes after Keenum threw a career high four touchdowns in Washington last week in route to a 38-30 Vikings win. 

Keenum gets the starting nod over Teddy Bridgewater who was activated last week after sitting out the entire 2016 season because of injury. Bridgewater has not started a game since January 2016.

This will be Keenum's eighth start this season. 

The Vikings and Rams kick off at noon Sunday.
