ALEXANDRIA, Minn. (KMSP) - The body of missing Alexandria, Minnesota man Ryan Johnson was located by a sheriff’s office dive team Wednesday morning. Johnson’s body was found at about 10 a.m. in the waters of Lake Agnes.
The Midwest Medical Examiner will conduct further examination.
Johnson, 32, walked to a bar called Fat Daddy’s to meet some friends last Thursday, April 6. Shortly after arriving, he told his friends he was walking to another friend’s house, but he never made it. He has not been heard from since.
Alexandria Police, the Douglas County sheriff’s office and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources conducted water searches on Lake Agnes and Lake Henry over the weekend and resumed searches this week.
