Arson suspected in St. Paul rec center playground fire

ST. PAUL, Minn. (KMSP) - St. Paul police are investigating a case of suspected arson after playground equipment was set on fire Wednesday night at the at Baker Park Rec Center on W. Page Street.

Officers responded to the playground at 7:23 p.m. Wednesday on a report of a brush fire. When they arrived, St. Paul firefighters were putting out the playground fire.

No arrests have been made and no injuries were reported.
