Passion fruit dressing

1 cup passion fruit scooped from shells

1 teaspoon vadouvan (Indian Spice Blend)

1 teaspoon Serrano chilli

1 tablespoon ROI olive oil

A couple drops lime juice

1 teaspoon chive minced

1/4 Serrano chili sliced thin

Cilantro flowers

Black lava salt
