Teen photographer captured essence of downtown Minneapolis in 1970s

Downtown Minneapolis in the 1970s was a scene and 17-year-old Mike Evangelist was there, recording it all with his trusty camera. Some of Evangelist’s photos are now on display at the Mill City Museum and they are also part of a book called "Downtown: Minneapolis in the 1970s.”
