Snow arrives just in time for St. Paul Winter Carnival

ST. PAUL, Minn. (KMSP) - Snow arrived this week just in time for the St. Paul Winter Carnival. It starts on Thursday and runs through Feb. 10 – a whole week longer than last year due to the Super Bowl.

A 70-foot ice palace has also been erected in Rice Park for the Winter Carnival. It is free to the public.
