BEAR WEEK: Behind-the-scenes with brown bears at Minnesota Zoo

APPLE VALLEY, Minn. (KMSP) - Brown bears, sometimes called "grizzlies" are among the biggest animals on earth. They can grow to be 1,300 pounds and 10 feet tall. With that in mind, the best and safest place to encounter one is probably the Minnesota Zoo.
