Trump signs the Ratepayer Protection Pledge in front of big tech executives at the White House on Wednesday, saying it will protect millions from higher electricity costs as the companies vow to create their own energy associated with data centers.

Tech executives join President Trump to discuss the Ratepayer Protection Pledge, vowing it will help “millions of Americans keep their electric utility bills down” as companies commit to “fully cover the costs of increased electricity production” as they look to create data centers across America.

Calling them “exciting times,” President Trump said on Wednesday the U.S. response to a war with Iran is a “15 out of 10,” while saying “everyone who wants to be their leader ends up dead” in the wake of military airstrikes.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt gave an update Wednesday on ongoing events with Operation Epic Fury in Iran. The Trump Administration is calling it a rousing success, and that Iran rejected the paths of peace. Leavitt also offered prayers to the U.S. soldiers killed in action.

Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minnesota) questioned DHS Secretary Kristi Noem during a Senate hearing, saying Renee Good and Alex Pretti should be alive today. Klobuchar said federal agents denied Minnesotans their First Amendment rights, among other rights, and asked Noem when federal authorities would get back down to their original footprint.

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey announced Monday for the 15th straight year, the city passed more than $1 billion in construction permits in 2025. He said the total came out to $1.07 billion, which represents 12,000 building permits.
