A pay raise ordinance for Uber and Lyft drivers in Minneapolis could get reconsidered as the ride-hailing apps plan to leave the city.

Lyft driver Travis Joseph provided FOX 9 with his paystubs from recent weeks, showing he's made more than $40 per hour. He's questioning other drivers who claim they can't make minimum wage, the impetus behind the new Minneapolis ordinance.
