SHAKOPEE, Minn. (KMSP) - Horse racing is back at Canterbury Park in Shakopee, Minn. this weekend. The new season opens Friday and after American Pharaoh's Triple Crown win last year, interest in horse racing is increasing across the country and in Minnesota.
