Woman killed in crash involving tow truck in Dakota County

DAKOTA COUNTY, Minn. (KMSP) - A woman is dead after an accident involving a tow truck Monday morning.
The accident happened along 494 between Maxwell and Hardman avenues in South St. Paul.
According to the State Patrol, the tow truck was responding to a previous crash on the left shoulder of 494 and was stopped when 53-year-old Lynn Stackpole struck the back of it.
