'Wicked Witch of Tangletown' scaring trick-or-treaters for decades

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - For nearly 50 years, a south Minneapolis woman has used every sort of ghost, ghoul and goblin to scare trick-or-treaters and this year is no different.
