White Bear Lake bank robber donning giant white sunglasses at large
WHITE BEAR LAKE, Minn. (KMSP) - White Bear Lake police are searching for a suspect who robbed a bank on Tuesday morning while donning enormous white sunglasses.
The suspect entered Lake Area Bank at 1400 Hwy. 96 at 11:19 a.m., approached an employee and presented a note which demanded cash and implied he had a gun. He did not display a weapon, but left on foot and wasn’t found during a search by multiple law enforcement agencies. Police did not disclose how much money he stole, if any.
The suspect description provided by police is too vague to publish, but an image captured from surveillance footage is attached.
