Superheroes rappel in to a visit with kids at Gillette Children's Hospital

ST. PAUL, Minn. (FOX 9) - Kids at Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare were visited by some super guests Friday afternoon.

The hospital helped its kids celebrate national Superhero Day as they were visited by the likes of Superman, Spiderman, some Ninja Turtles, Batman, Captain America and much more.

Some of the superheroes rappelled down the side of the hospital's parking garage to the delight of the kids gathered in the skyway over University Avenue.   

Gillette thanked the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office for dressing up as the superheroes and bringing some of their equipment. Roseville Police also participated in the event.
