Storm rips through family's farm, destroys pig barn in Belle Plaine, Minn.

BELLE PLAINE, Minn. (FOX 9) - While much of the Twin Cities metro is dealing with significant flooding, Belle Plaine is cleaning up after some devastating storm damage.

One homeowner even watched as the storm came right at him, destroying his pig barn and nearly tearing the roof of the cattle barn. No pigs were inside at the time.

Luckily, the man and his family ran into their basement in time.
