St. Paul police on scene of a death investigation
ST. PAUL, Minn. (KMSP) - St. Paul police are investigating after a man was found stabbed to death in the Ramsey Hill neighborhood.
Police responded to the 400 block of Grand Avenue just before 2 a.m. where they found a man who appeared to have been stabbed.
The victim has been identified as 28-year-old Gerald Joseph Montates.
Montates was transported and pronounced dead at Regions Hospital.
St. Paul police have arrested and booked 25-year-old Maxim Kenneth Rhone for murder.
