St. Cloud State president laid to rest
ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KMSP) - Family, friends and community leaders honored the life of the late St. Cloud State president with a funeral service Saturday morning.
Earl H. Potter III's funeral was held at St. John’s Episcopal Church in St. Cloud. Among those who attended included Senator Amy Klobuchar, Governor Dayton, and St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis.
Potter died in a rollover crash in Brooklyn Center, Minn. on Monday evening. He was 69.

St. Cloud State University thanked all who attended the service this morning and posted the following message on Facebook:
"To his family, thank you for sharing him with us. His compassion for all those who crossed paths with him was unparalleled, and our university and community are better because of him."
