St. Cloud police: 4 men stole $4,300 in cigarettes
ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KMSP) - St. Cloud police are trying to identify four men involved in the theft of $4,300 in cigarettes from a pair of grocery stores. In both cases, the suspects used at least one person as a lookout while the others stuffed cartons of cigarettes into trash bags.

Two men allegedly jumped the service counter while two others appeared to watch for store employees. The suspects stole several cartons of various brands of cigarettes valued at approximately $2,700.
