Shoppers search for deals as stores open up for early Black Friday shopping

EDINA, Minn. (FOX 9) - While some were sleeping on the couch after a big Thanksgiving meal, others were wheeling a shopping cart through stores like Target and Best Buy in search of a deal.

At the Target in Edina, we saw plenty of shoppers filling their carts with gifts for the holiday season.

Target was one of the dozens of stores that opened its doors on Thanksgiving, or "Gray Thursday," one day ahead of the massive shopping holiday of Black Friday.
