National Sports Center worker finds woman's body in drainage ditch
BLAINE, Minn. (KMSP) - A maintenance worker at the National Sports Center in Blaine, Minnesota called police at 9:33 a.m. Tuesday after finding what he believed to be a body floating in a drainage ditch behind the hockey complex.
Blaine police confirmed there was a body of a woman in the drainage ditch and began an investigation. Blaine detectives, along with the Anoka County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division and Crime Scene Unit, were on the scene.
The woman has been identified as 52-year-old Jennifer Ng.
At this time, foul play is not suspected.
