MPD investigating death in Friday morning shooting
MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - A man has died after a shooting took place early Friday morning in North Minneapolis.
Minneapolis police were called to the 4300 block of Humboldt Avenue North shortly after 3 a.m. where residents reported hearing gunshots. According to a statement, when they arrived, officers learned that a man was dropped off at North Memorial Medical Center with life threatening injuries.
The victim died of his injuries several hours later. The Medical Examiner will release more information at a later date.
