Missing Ramsey, Minnesota man may try to seek shelter in barn

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has issued a statewide alert for a Ramsey, Minnesota man missing for a week.

David Allen Dahl, 55, went missing at approximately 3 a.m. on Nov. 14. Police believe he left on foot from the 7600 Block of 181st Avenue NW in Ramsey. Dahl has a medical condition and might be in danger due to the weather and outdoor conditions. He was last seen wearing a blue long sleeve shirt but mostly unclothed. 

Dahl is known to visit the Nowthen, Minnesota area. He does not have a phone or vehicle. Police believe Dahl may try to seek shelter in a barn to stay warm and are requesting property owners check nearby sheds, barns, outbuildings and vehicles.
