Missing man's body found in Red Cedar River in WI

Dunn County Sheriff's officials found the body of the man who went missing on Tuesday after being swept downstream in the Red Cedar River near Tainter Township in Wisconsin, according to a press release.

Officers found the body of 21-year-old Juan Ramos-Malagon around 8:32 a.m. Saturday morning. Ramos-Malagon was from Mexico, but was currently living in Menomonie. On Tuesday, the water swept him downstream while he was wading in the river at Russian Slough Park.

The Dunn County Medical Examiner pronounced him dead at the scene. He was found about one-tenth of a mile downstream from where he was swept away.
