HOPKINS, Minn. (KMSP) - Update (9:30 a.m.) - Hopkins police say both mother and daughter have been found.
Hopkins police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 14-year-old mother and her 15-month-old daughter who have been missing since Tuesday.
Family and authorities are concerned for the welfare of Jolean Marliah Sheppard and her daughter, Angel. Jolean’s family says she does not have the resources or supplies available to care for her daughter for an extended period of time.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jolean or Angel is asked to call 911 immediately.
