Maplewood police need help to identify TCF Bank robbery suspect

MAPLEWOOD, Minn. (KMSP) - Police in Maplewood need the public’s help to identify a bank robbery suspect. It happened at the TCF Bank branch inside the Cub Foods store off White Bear Avenue in Maplewood on August 15.

The suspect gave the bank teller a demand note and left the scene with an unknown amount of money. He’s described at 30-40 years old and 5’10” to 6’ tall. Police say the suspect may have left the scene in a 2000’s model tan or gold Chrysler minivan.
