Man stabbed in the back during fight in Motel 6 parking lot
BROOKLYN CENTER, Minn. (KMSP) - Brooklyn Center police are investigating a stabbing that sent one man to the hospital.
Sgt. Steve Pastor says just before 8 a.m., police responded to a fight involving about five people that broke out the in parking lot of the Motel 6 on Freeway Boulevard.
The fight escalated and one adult man was stabbed in the back.
Emergency crews took him to a local hospital, where he’s being treated for a minor injury.
Pastor says the people involved in the fight knew each other.
